From Westchester: Take I-95 North to exit 8, turn Left off the exit on to Atlantic Street. Go past 3 lights and you will see The Rack's blue awning on your right...Take the very next left on to Bell Street...Now park in Bell Street Garage on your right or the Bell Street Parking lot on your left
